Introducing Term V2: The next layer of fixed-rate DeFi.

Term V2 brings a peer-to-peer order book and atomic execution layer.

With Term V2 live, the complete experience of Terminal 1 — an interface and routing system for fixed-rate markets— is unlocked. Users can express fixed-rate terms while capital stays productive, then route and execute positions in a single transaction.

True fixed-rate, fixed-term markets, made executable.

@CantonNetwork 's privacy model is built for institutions.

enzoBTC is built for what comes next — BTC as productive collateral, with privacy that actually works.

The infrastructure is ready.
Are you? 🎉

[Canton Foundation @CantonFdn]

On Canton, transaction data is only visible to the parties involved.

The Global Synchronizer coordinates settlement without exposing details to uninvolved participants.

Privacy is configurable: participants choose what to share, with whom, and under what conditions.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

This is exactly the infrastructure thesis we're building on.

Public transparency + application-level privacy = the only model that works for institutional BTC.

enzoBTC featured app is designed for this convergence. Stay tuned.🏆

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Public and private blockchain were never opposites.

A permissionless network with application-level privacy and control is where the two converge.

Canton is built on that principle, and institutions are now operating on it.

@ShaulKfir discusses with @ARedbord.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Payments and capital markets cannot be solved separately.

Canton is built around composability across the full stack, with data permissioning and controls at every layer.

The shift required is from messaging and reconciliation to shared state with lower latency to finality.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

enzoBTC skin in the game 🎉

[Canton Foundation @CantonFdn]

CIP-0116 has been approved: Featured App Locking.

Featured Applications on @CantonNetwork now require CC locking to qualify for and maintain their designation.

Non-issuer apps: 5,000,000 CC locked per PartyId
Asset issuer apps: 25,000,000 CC locked per PartyId

Why this matters: Featured App status previously relied on Foundation governance alone. CIP-0116 shifts the process toward objective, on-chain criteria. Applications that want to earn rewards must demonstrate committed capital, not just submitted paperwork.

Existing Featured Apps have 30 days to meet the new requirements. If locking falls below threshold, FA status is immediately removed. SVs are required to execute unfeaturing within 30 minutes of a vote.

60-day unlock period. No exceptions. The design ensures alignment between apps earning rewards and apps with real skin in the game.

Approved May 20, 2026.

BTCFi cannot scale in silos.

Institutional Bitcoin needs composability without compromising privacy, permissioning, or trust.

This is exactly where the next generation of Bitcoin yield infrastructure should be built.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Composability is the prize.

Private blockchain experiments fragmented data without solving it, and L2 ecosystems recreated the same mistake without the data permissioning.

Canton was designed around that lesson from the start.

@Wesarn_real discusses with @21shares.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Super Validators will test the Logical Synchronizer upgrade on DevNet this month ahead of Canton Protocol 3.5 going live on MainNet in June.

Protocol 3.5 will allow the network to upgrade without pausing transaction processing.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Privacy-preserving settlement is not a nice-to-have for institutional BTCFi.

It is the foundation.

Canton’s Global Synchronizer helps make cross-application like enzoBTC, atomic settlement possible — without forcing every participant to see everyone else’s data.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Institutional BTC custody goes beyond asset security.

Real financial workflows need:
🔐 Privacy
🎛️ Control
👁️ Selective disclosure
…built into the infrastructure layer.

That's why enzoBTC is designed for institutional use cases.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Finance doesn't move onchain without the infrastructure built for its constraints.

Privacy, control, and selective disclosure are the requirements.

@YuvalRooz and @Wesarn_real discuss with @21shares.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Retrofitting privacy onto existing blockchains introduces systemic technology risk.

The question regulators should be asking is not which technology to permit, but what level of control financial institutions need over their applications.

@ShaulKfir discusses with @ARedbord.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Institutional BTC custody can't scale on fragmented rails.

It needs:
🔐 Privacy-enabled settlement
⚖️ Compliance-aware infrastructure
⚙️ Workflows institutions can actually adopt

That's exactly why enzoBTC is built for institutional use cases.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Institutional infrastructure doesn't scale overnight.

The partnerships being built on Canton today are the foundation for the financial workflows that run on it tomorrow.

@YuvalRooz with @LongViewCrypto why that build takes time and why it matters.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Governance at scale requires institutional infrastructure, not just institutional interest.

55 Super Validators, including Visa, DTCC, Nasdaq, and Circle, are operating and governing the shared layer directly.

Keep Building 🔥

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Welcome new validators!

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Idle assets are an untapped source of capital efficiency.

For BTCFi, the real unlock: making Bitcoin productive collateral in institution-ready markets.

enzoBTC is on @CantonNetwork — bringing BTC liquidity into its privacy-enabled financial ecosystem.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

A huge portion of the world's assets are not being used as collateral today.

Unlocking them reduces the cost of capital for institutions and individuals.

@ShaulKfir on why this is one of the most immediate problems Canton solves, and what bridging TradFi and DeFi looks like.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Zero downtime 🎉
Congrats🎉

[Canton Foundation @CantonFdn]

Canton is transitioning from Protocol 3.4 to 3.5.

The most significant change: Logical Synchronizers.

Until now, protocol upgrades required pausing transactions on the network. Logical Synchronizers remove that constraint. The network can now upgrade without halting transaction processing.

For validators, fewer disruptions. For builders, no downtime affecting your users. For institutions, continuous operation at the level capital markets expect.

A major step forward for uptime and developer experience.

Here's how it works 🧵

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Not max validators.
Right validators.
Compliance for institutions.
Access for DeFi.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

A million validators confirming a transfer adds nothing to the trust between a holder and the issuer.

Maximum decentralization is not optimal for every use case. Institutions need compliance. DeFi needs access.

@Wesarn_real on why one configuration for everybody does not scale.

[ChainUp Cloud @chainupcloud]

Privacy as architecture, not as a feature flag.

This is why enzoBTC chose @CantonNetwork — and why we're honored to stand among its Featured Apps.

Institutional BTC deserves infrastructure designed for it from day one.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Privacy and composability are not a trade-off on Canton.

They are both properties of the architecture.

Open at the network layer. Sovereign control at the application layer.

Transactions visible only to the parties involved.

[Canton Network @CantonNetwork]

Atomic composition of smart contracts with privacy. No other blockchain offers both.

@YuvalRooz on what Canton makes possible that other architectures cannot.
