"Generative" AI is anti-intellectual and fascist- it steals music, art, and literature only to hollow them out to their superficial characteristics and produce slop.
Write your feelings! Draw something!
Creation and expression are radical acts in a world trying to dumb us down!
Got a cutting machine for the first time ever- a Silhouette Portrait 4. First test was these memo sheets. I feel so powerful but I’m sure I’m gonna get humbled real quick.
@bykoo9z Not sure. But possibly. However I have seen so called “liberal” accounts also posting anti vax conspiracy stuff like saying how the Gates Foundation and Big Pharma are trying to doom us somehow, especially through vaccines??
Genuinely curious and concerned here but why are so many more Indian folks online (on both sides of the political spectrum) increasingly making anti-vax comments?
AI is so popular because it gives uncreative people the illusion that they are creative. It lets them skip right to the part where they get validation. It’s not only parasitic, but extremely narcissistic.
If you poured a gallon of poison in a CEO's pool, you'd be arrested, for attempted murder.
They pour 10,000 gallons into your drinking water, that's just business.
@estee3199 That’s awesome! Oh yeah we had to write a couple of film reviews too! I remember writing one on Andaz Apna Apna because I was not a cinephile 🙈 but if your college has a media library, see if they have films that students can watch or borrow!
@estee3199 Also put up a flyer on your college board seeking out folks who wanna join. Or on your college WhatsApp group. I remember we had group projects also like writing and enacting a screenplay, and formally debating court judgements, news, etc.
@estee3199 Not a comprehensive list, these were the assignments I remember! Also precede each session with 10 minutes of free writing (no filter or structure, just write in your notebook)
@uniindianews@SuparnaSharma Anand is an artist and illustrator, not a journalist. Please respect the arts. The category they won was literally illlustrated reporting and commentary.
No visitors. No texting. No escape. For eight days, Ruchika Tandon was “arrested by phone.” This is the inside story of India’s new digital nightmare. Read the 2026 Pulitzer Prize winning graphic novel by @an_anandrk@natalieobiko@SuparnaSharma https://t.co/yFrx9fpwsX
