@FightForMary Jesus’ saying is quite similar to the RCC mantra, “To Jesus through Mary”. Jesus Christ is the cornerstone, the foundation of our faith. Jesus is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, eternal, holy, He is God. Please, do you truly believe Jesus needs Mary’s help?
@FightForMary Matthew 21.42, “Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?”
@FightForMary If Mary was sinless, one would expect Holy Scripture to affirm it.There is nothing in Holy Scripture about Mary’s being without sin. When God wanted to say that an exception to His rules existed,He made it perfectly plain. There is nothing. Mary is not be worshipped or prayed to.
@FightForMary But also Jael is recorded as blessed. Jael is the woman who killed Sisera. Judges 5.24, “Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.”
@FightForMary Yes. She was (past tense) a good role model. Elizabeth’s declaration is recorded in Luke 1.42, “And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.”
@Vitus_osst The fact that practice was not associated with Mary until more than a millennium after Jesus, illustrates the rosary’s invalid relationship to Christianity. Resorting to continuous repetition is explicitly prohibited. Prayers can never be directed to another being only to God.
@FightForMary Even today people in the RCC are being deceived, drawn in, and destroyed by ungodly beliefs, church traditions and behaviors simply because they do not know God’s Sacred Scriptures.
@FightForMary The people were willfully rejecting and ignoring the truth God had given them through the prophets and His written Word–and the religious leaders were responsible for much of this rebellion (vv. 7-9).
@FightForMary Hosea 4.6, “My people are being destroyed
because they do not know Me. You priests have refused to teach about Me, so I refuse to let you be My priests. You have rejected the Law of your God, so I will reject your sons.”
@FGenteroyJr Co-redemption is entirely a RCC mythical teaching and nothing of the sort is found in Sacred Scripture. It is a teaching of man, it is NOT a teaching of God.
Reader go directly to Jesus with your prayer requests.
@FGenteroyJr 1 John 2.1, “My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:.” We must be committed to Biblical truth and the importance of spiritual growth based on the Holy Scriptures.
@FGenteroyJr Mary is not our intercessor. Hebrews 7.25, “Wherefore He [Jesus] is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him [Jesus], seeing He [Jesus] ever liveth to make intercession for them.”
@FGenteroyJr In Luke 11.27-28, Jesus words, “ on the contrary” in v. 28, we see that those who obey God are more blessed if they had given birth to Jesus. Jesus often referred to Himself as “the Son of Man”, but never once, as RCC does, as “the Son of Mary”.
@FGenteroyJr Apart from Acts 1.14, Mary is mentioned nowhere else outside the Gospels. Neither Jesus Christ, nor Paul, nor any other Biblical writer ever gave Mary the place of devotion the RCC has given her for a thousand years.
@FGenteroyJr Given Mary’s supreme importance in the RCC, it is amazing to consider the complete absence of the mention of her name in the NT Epistles (except for Acts 1.14).
@FGenteroyJr In effect many RCC people put Mary on the same level as the Persons of the Blessed Trinity. But the Mary of the RCC teachings has little to do with the Mary of the New Testament (NT).
@FGenteroyJr To attribute to Mary powers which involve omniscience and omnipresence, if Mary is to hear and answer the prayer of millions, is to give to her what belongs to God alone. RCC prayers are expressed in such a way that it is hard to distinguish those to Mary from those offered God.
