Train reached Mumbai around 2 pm,
Already late by 2.5 hours.

No accountability and Responsibility by Railways.

How can side upper berth be allotted to 68 year old female inspite of having 90 berth available

Railway Ticket Inspector P Suresh at Churchgate railway station, denied that UTS ticket is to be shown in mobile only.
And also talked rudely.
He denied the other way to check UTS ticket.
