मैं पहले दिन से कह रही हूं कि चुनाव आयोग Compromised है।

ये बात आज फिर से साबित हो गई। यह मामला मध्य प्रदेश सरकार से जुड़ा नहीं था, फिर भी सुनवाई में प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से वकील खड़े दिखे।

हम राज्यों के खिलाफ लड़ाई नहीं लड़ रहे हैं, बल्कि चुनाव आयोग और रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर के Compromised होने की बात कर रहे हैं। अब वो जनता के सामने expose हो चुके हैं।

After Vote Chori and Sarkar Chori - the BJP-EC jugalbandi has finished the contest before it has even begun with Seat Chori.

Look at what happened in the recent Rajya Sabha elections.

Congress candidate Meenakshi Natarajan ji submitted every document. No pending cases. The EC cancelled her nomination on a frivolous BJP objection.

Parimal Nathwani ji, the BJP-backed independent, got his own name wrong on the form and skipped multiple mandatory disclosures. The EC gave him an extension to fix everything.

Same Election Commission. Two candidates. One was disqualified without even a hearing. The other was rewarded despite not following the rules.

When the Congress sought a meeting, the EC first tried to evade us. When we finally met, they did not say one word.

Expect to see much more of this - because for the BJP, it is far easier to fix the election than to win it.

लेकिन वो बिंदु जिन पर ये सारी बातें शुरू हुईं, वो हैं 👇

⦿ उम्मीदवार के खिलाफ लंबित आपराधिक मामलों का विवरण
⦿ उन मामलों का विवरण जिसमें उसे किसी दंडनीय अपराध के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया हो

मैंने फॉर्म 26 में यही जानकारी दी कि मुझ पर ऐसा कुछ भी लागू नहीं है... क्योंकि मुझ पर एक लीगल नोटिस है, जिसका अदालत ने संज्ञान तक नहीं लिया है।

ऐसी जानकारी देने के लिए फॉर्म 26 में कोई कॉलम नहीं था, जिसमें कहा गया हो कि आपको प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट की भी जानकारी देनी होगी।

अगर ऐसा कोई कॉलम होता, तो हम ये सूचना जरूर देते।

ये बिल्कुल साफ है- न फॉर्म में कोई कमी थी और न ही मांगी गई कोई जानकारी छिपाई गई। जो भी जानकारी मांगी गई, वो फॉर्म 26 के तहत दी गई।

The Hon’ble Supreme Court’s argument is that we should first go to the Election Commission, then to the High Court, and only thereafter approach the Supreme Court.

However, this is a special case. The more time that is given, the longer this matter will be dragged out. That is why we wanted the Supreme Court to provide relief in the Meenakshi Natarajan case.

Nevertheless, since the Court has said so, we will approach the High Court accordingly. We believe that this rejection is illegal, immoral, and anti-democratic.

What the BJP Govt has done is wrong. Such major actions do not happen without the approval or direction of PM Modi.

We believe that these steps are being taken deliberately as part of a larger conspiracy to weaken the Congress Party and undermine Democracy. In our view, these actions are aimed at harassing and suppressing the Opposition.
