We're excited to launch our Blue Envelope Program - a community-focused initiative designed to improve communication between law enforcement and individuals with a condition or disability who may require additional accommodations or awareness during a first responder interaction (traffic stop, etc.). 

Participants use a blue envelope provided by #WPD to store essential documents (vehicle registration, insurance, etc.) in addition to any important information or instruction that may help officers better understand their needs. Blue Envelopes are available for pick-up at the Public Safety Center at 9110 Yates St.
