🪖I was in the same company as Jin. Sergeant Kim Seokjin bought an incredible amount of food for everyone, without making any distinction between his seniors and juniors.
Most soldiers in the military are barely twenty or haven't even entered society yet, but Jin would say that he was much more financially comfortable than they were, and he bought them so much fried chicken, jokbal, pizza, and other food that they could practically get sick of it.
And it wasn't just the soldiers from our barracks. He would take soldiers from the other barracks out every time and treat them to Korean barbecue too.
He was practically called a god within the company.
Whenever Seokjin walked by, the soldiers would all shout,
“Bow down! It's God! Lower your heads!”
and we worship him.

💬“I saw him at the recruit training center, and His face was really small, and he looked like a Greek statue. He really looks different from an ordinary person.”
💬“If someone bought soldiers fried chicken, jokbal, pizza, and Korean barbecue until they were sick of eating it, I would absolutely believe they saw a halo shining behind him.”
💬“I heard that story too. My nephew told me that a close his friend had been a barracks instructor in Seokjin's unit, and apparently Jin bought them an absolutely insane amount of food. You're the best, Seokjin!”

私が昭和脳で付き添うという発想がなくて、高一の息子はずっと1人（or友達と）で、自分で予約して予定組んで足運んでるけど、もしやさみしい思いさせてる…？と一瞬思ったけど、親からあーだこーだ言われたくないタイプだよなと思い直すなど。
