Extremely sad news
Dr. @AsmaMushtaqPK passed away during her descent while she was on way back after summiting Spantik 7027M. She suffered serious high altitude sickness which eventually led to her death.

Pakistan's young climbing prodigy #ShehrozeKashif's quest to become the world's youngest summiteer of #8000ers continue. This morning he reached the top of #Tibet's Cho Oyo, the world's 6th highest peak and the 13th 8000er in his project 14*8000. 🏔️🇵🇰 He's now one 8000er (Shishpangma) shy of becoming the youngest person in the world to achieve that feat! Rescue Call!

#FareedHusain young mountaineer from Rahimabad, Gilgit reportedly got stranded on Camp 4 of #K2.
As per current information he is injured and his family is appealing for rescue. Reportedly he was a part of Summit Karakoram.
Weather isn't favorable for couple of days, waiting for more updates.
Prayers for safety of Fareed.🙏

Four people have lost their life after the vehicle they were traveling in got in the way of #landslide near Shengus, Gilgit Baltistan.
Both JSR and KKH are blocked at several points due to landslides. People are advised to not travel unless it's absolutely necessary during this rainy season.

In another heartbreaking flood related incident from #Chitral, a poplar tree is shown succumbing to recent #floods. And this was not the only one to perish. Authorities are requested to send help on immediate basis to the people stuck there before the situation is further deteriorated.

There have been reports of several buses colliding on Islamabad - Peshawar motorway (M1) due to post rain slippage, over speeding and not maintaining distance. Casualties are also being reported. People are advised to avoid unnecessary travel during the rainy season.

As per updates, Asif Bhatti and Azerbaijan's climber Isfrafyl have already started the descent towards C3. @KE_xpeditions Shah Daulat who summited #NangaParbat on June 26 without oxygen and another climber M. Yonus are expected to be dropped at C2 by Heli for further assistance to #AsifBhatti.
