Pathetic traffic at Bijwasan Toll Gate on DwarkaExpressway. Daily, half the lanes are shut manually while green lights show OPEN. Long queues, wasted time, zero accountability. Paying heavy toll for this shameful mismanagement. Fix this now @PMOIndia @NHAI_Official @TransportKE
