@PayByPhone_UK shower of shite, their system doesn't work, we get a ticket and we have to appeal, you should be telling wardens not to issue any tickets. Why should we have to do all the f'ing work because your system is down

@virginmedia What's the point of complaining, you do nothing about complaints, I won't know the result of complaint. Staff are still poorly trained and non uk call centres struggle to understand simple questions that aren't on their sheet of answers
@virginmedia I've gone down that route but no one seems to be able to help me. This is appalling service and I wished I never rejoined your service. No one seems to be able to help me. People on phone just hang up when they don't know what to do.
@virginmedia I've tried ringing customer service and they just say they can't find payment and fob me off with excuses and hang up. No help at all. I've cancelled payments so unless someone rings me that can actually help, we are stuck in this situation. There's no way I can afford 4 mths
