State of TX v. @YellaBeezy214:

Yella Beezy, real name Markies Conway, attorneys have filed a Motion For Continuance with the Dallas Clerk on Monday, January 12, as a pre-trial hearing is set for Friday, January 16.

Yella Beezy defense, Toby Shook & John Gussio, is asking the court to delay the trial so counsel can fully review extensive and ongoing discovery and provide effective representation.

16 terabytes of discovery has been filed from prosecutors, with additional materials expected soon.

Yella Beezy legal team seeks more time to review discovery, investigate witnesses, and prepare for trial.

The prosecution does not oppose the request to continue the February 2, 2026 jury trial date.

A ruling on the motion has not been made yet.

Durk and his lawyers want a hearing (tomorrow) as he has been taken off general population and put in the SHU since end of August without proper process.

He has been locked on 23/1 since August 29th, no commissary, 1 phone call per month and no in person social visitation.

•Dismissal/Recusal - which was denied

•if there should be any relief for govmt not telling defendants about threats - which judge left to be addressed later

This opposition is in regard to the relief.
