Just when you think siya goyal is the lowest of a woman, you get to know about Swetha 🥲

- Her parents didn't like all this and told her to come home
- Kenethh told her to ask her parents for their property
- Father refused for it and kept trying to get her girl back
- Kenethh then planned to delete Swetha's whole family
- Swetha went to meet them and they felt happy

- Her defence is that "she felt her life was caged" and she did it out of stress
In a single day we've seen two women doing worst crimes just for a boy 🙏
MARRIED IN 1984
SEPARATED IN 1990
Wife files 498A in 1992
Husband agrees to pay maintenance
Husband files divorce in 2019
Court grants divorce on ground of cruelty & desertion in 2022, orders 10 Lacs Alimony
Wife moves High Court saying alimony is less
High Court increases Alimony to 40 Lacs saying the woman will have financial & medical needs for atleast 17 more years & she has a right to live the lifestyle she would have lived had she been married. And as the man will received 38 Lacs of retirement benefits, 40 Lacs Alimony is fair and reasonable.
An entire life gone for a marriage that lasted only 6 years where there are no children born. The woman has gone on taking money from this man for the last 34 years and now she gets a lumpsum of 40 Lacs for doing nothing while the man slogged his life to get this retirement benefits of 38 Lacs
Jharkhand High Court is passing such terrible orders that it is appalling. It is quite clear that marriage for them is a lifelong financial bondage for a husband. Whether the man won divorce on merits, whether the man is the victim, whether the man suffered for years - HE HAS TO PAY!!
Honestly , this is literally pushing people to the edge. I can only wonder what I would do if something like this is done to me.
This woman contributed nothing to that man's life. He would have been a free man in 40 years no matter what crime he committed. But he duly followed the law and look what the law does to him
THIS IS SICK. THIS IS SO SICK.
Husband loses ₹1.95 crore
A man from Kanpur used to trade in the stock market using his wife’s trading account.
The money required for trading was transferred by him to his wife’s account.
During the financial year, he incurred a huge loss of ₹1.95 crore in F&O (Futures and Options)
When he filed his income tax return, he reported the loss in his own return and adjusted it against his income.
The Income Tax Department sent him a tax notice and raised a tax demand.
The department argued that the loss belonged to his wife’s account and therefore could not be adjusted against the husband’s income.
The case went to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Lucknow Bench.
ITAT examined the case and found that-
• The husband had transferred funds to his wife’s account.
• He carried out the trading through his wife’s account, and the loss occurred there.
Under the clubbing provisions of the Income Tax Act, income generated from assets transferred to a spouse is generally clubbed with the income of the person who transferred the asset.
ITAT observed that if the profit from such investments would be clubbed, then the loss should be treated in the same manner.
Therefore, ITAT ruled in favor of the man and allowed the adjustment of the ₹1.95 crore loss in his income tax return.

Lohagad Fort, Pune, Maharashtra
Ketan Vishal Agarwal, a 26 year old businessman from Pune, was set to get married later this year.
He went on a trek to Lohagad Fort with his fiancée and friends.
During the trip, Ketan fell hundreds of feet into a valley and died.
The incident was reported as an accidental fall while taking photographs.
Police began investigating and found inconsistencies.
Now the case is being investigated as a murder.
Ketan's fiancée and seven others are under the police scanner.
In a shocking and chilling murder mystery that has rocked Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad's business community, Ketan Agarwal, son of prominent industrialist Vishal Agarwal, did not accidentally fall from Lohagad Fort police suspect he was deliberately pushed into a deep gorge by his bride-to-be Siya Goyal and her friend. The two families had planned an extravagant royal wedding at a luxury palace in Jaipur, with two aircraft booked to transport guests. However, Siya allegedly did not want to marry Ketan and, despite outwardly agreeing to the wedding under family pressure, allegedly hatched a cold-blooded plan to eliminate him. Luring him to the dangerous edge of Lohagad Fort on the pretext of taking photographs, police suspect she and her friend pushed him into the deep valley below, killing him instantly. The incident has sent shockwaves through the families and the business world, turning what was meant to be a celebration into a house of grief.

I visited the southernmost tip of India.
I stood at Indira Point. I walked under trees that have stood for centuries. I dove into coral reefs among the most vibrant on earth.
And I sat with the people who live there. Tribal communities, whose land is being taken away by violating the Forest Rights Act. Settlers, many of them former soldiers, placed on these islands by the Indian government, who aren’t getting fair compensation.
The Modi government and BJP tells you Great Nicobar Project is about defence. It is not.
Expand INS Baaz - we will back the government fully. The Navy has been asking for expansion for five years - it has been ignored.
They tell you it is about a transhipment port. It is not. India is already building one in Kerala, which is on the mainland.
What it actually is: 1.5 crore trees felled. Coral reefs erased from official maps. Soldiers and tribals displaced - so one businessman can build hotels and casinos on India’s most irreplaceable ecological land.
Every young Indian I have spoken to understands this. You know that no amount of profit is worth destroying what can never be recovered.
I stand for ecologically balanced development. These islands can be the most extraordinary sustainable destination the world has ever seen. That is the India worth fighting for.

Trump humiliates India, yet again.
“For years,India was taking advantage of trade with the US. Now we are making huge profits from India instead”
If failed foreign policy had a face - it would be this.
Sarmila Sharma took a gold loan of ₹77,000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2020 to build her house.
She gave them 35.90 grams of gold jewellery as security.
Then Kotak sent her a letter: pay ₹3,260 in interest or we will auction your gold.
She paid it. Same day. With proof.
Kotak auctioned the jewellery anyway.
Kotak Mahindra Bank — ₹94,000 crore in revenue, one of India's most profitable private banks — sold a woman's gold ornaments after she had already paid what they asked. And when she filed a complaint, they didn't even bother to reply to the consumer court.
The Commission noted Kotak's silence. It ruled in Sarmila's favour. Delhi State Consumer Commission upheld it.
One loan. One payment. One auction that should never have happened.
Save this — if your bank auctions your pledged gold after you've already paid the dues, they have no contractual authority to do so. File at your district consumer forum immediately. Their silence in court will speak against them.
