Be alert during kindness moments you offer, in any form. It's a chance to make goodness a memory.
One day should you feel alone, you can recall them.
You'll remember that you reached out to unite briefly with another and chased loneliness away together.
From time to time you will be called upon to tell the disheartened wonderful qualities they possess but are overlooking in the moment.
This is why we train ourselves to notice what is worthy in others. What we see is within us as well.
So, when called, two will benefit.
People who want to make it about themselves, to think like a victim, will say they were rejected.
I have not thought I was rejected.
I understand someone is looking for different commonalities, and that's okay, in fact, splendid. What a time saver.
Some will find fault with the blessing bestowed upon them. They'll complain "It's not enough." They are of the world.
Some will be overcome with the blessing they received. They'll say "This is so much." They are merely tourists in the world.
Make it a goal to look for the good in others.
When you form this habit, you'll come to notice the good in yourself as well.
Should a personal comment unsettle you, that list of good qualities can render it harmless.
He: I Just can't take it anymore. I'm getting a divorce. My wife is out every night, going from bar to bar, driving me nuts. I just can't take it anymore.
Them: Well, what's she doing?
H: She's looking for me.

People who are consistently happy have found ways to corral and mute the negative thoughts that want to spill out.
Such beings take ownership and deal with them privately.
Grateful to contain the scuffle, the end product is their happiness spilling out.
I've been thinking of all the delightful encounters I've had these last few weeks.
I believe they came in a cluster to remind me that a lot of terrific people are still choosing to be so, instead of giving in to the pervasive negativity.
We tend to remember opinions that agree with the ones we have already formed.
Opinions are light and air. Why do we hold onto ours so closely?
It's as if we labored and gave birth to them.
Everyone is in favor of free speech. Hardly a day passes without it being extolled, but some people's idea of it is that they are free to say what they like, but if anyone else says anything back, that is an outrage.
~~Winston Churchill (1874-1965)
AI's great threat is that we'll all doubt one another eventually.
We'll be at risk, isolated, not knowing who we can trust.
We must have leadership, but divided by mistrust, we'll be vulnerable to evil and corruption.
For what is there if we don't have trust.
It astonishes me how often negative minds reply with extreme revenge solutions for a misstep or poor decision.
They should:
• lose their license.
• be fired.
• be denied service.
• be sent to prison.
