If you buy a pair of shoes from Bata at ₹3999 and you pay it in two UPI transactions of ₹1999.50 each, it does nothing for you. Bata still needs to consider the MDR. One way Bata can avoid the MDR is by selling the left shoe and the right shoe separately at ₹1999.50 each.
First we killed the capital markets with consistent increase in STT, capital gain , dividend
Now we will slow down UPI too and further increase cash in circulation. 0.4% MDR is too steep!
The financial think tank is undoing all good work done by the govt.. too much arrogance.
#Davangere : another pump and dump stock example !
This stock was being aggressively promoted by many handles with claims of “2X, 3X coming.” last 1 yr !
Instead, the stock crashed more than 50%.
A reminder:
be careful not just with the stocks you buy,
but also with the people influencing you to buy them.
Conviction without risk management can become expensive very quickly.
are you holding this stock ?

🚨 SIS Buyback Update
Why the confusion, SIS ? 🤔
📌 On 29 June 2026, the company announced a ₹120 crore share buyback at ₹478.50 per share but did not disclose whether it would be through the Tender Offer or Open Market route.
📌 Now, the company has scheduled another Board Meeting on 5 August 2026 to consider the buyback proposal along with Q1 results.
If the board had to discuss the buyback again on 5 August, why was the buyback size announced in such a hurry on 29 June without clarifying the route ?
Investors deserve clear communication, not unnecessary confusion.
It's seem in upcoming board meeing, the buyback may be announced through the Open Market route.
Stay alert for the board meeting.
