A 2nd large industrial unit given planning permission at @StModwen Park, Chippenham, just off Junction 17 of the M4. The 88,790 sq ft unit forms second phase of development set to begin in February 2021. Once complete, the whole scheme is expected to create about 1,300 jobs.
