@surreycricket What is going on today for the ODI? No members tickets seem to have a working QR code. I hope someone is fixing the root of the problem rather than papering over the cracks or there will be huge queues at the ticket office closer to 1pm.
@HP Unbelievable utterly unacceptable service from HP over the last week dealing with my Instant Ink service. It all works well until you have an issue and then BOOM - you discover how poor the support is. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Do not USE them!

@France2023@rugbyworldcup I got kicked out too at 100%. Ridiculous system. At some point you have to take a leaf out of football's book and run a ballot for major tournaments rather than just first come, first served. Those who have been lucky enough to get tickets will disagree!

@barclaycard I have twice called to speak to Customer Services in the last week, waited half an hour to get through, then been cut off, presumably accidentally by your team. Despite holding my number on file, no one calls me back. What should I do to get some help here?
@sainsburys I know your staff are all working terribly hard and we value their efforts hugely. When are you going to start restricting what people can buy so everyone can feed their families? I challenged a woman who would have taken 20+ packets of pasta had I not challenged her.
