سياسي سدد قروضاً بقيمة 680 مليون دولار @Najib_Mikati الشيكات المصرفية، أي بما يوازي نحو 15% من قيمتها الحقيقية.

كما أن النائب نعمة افرام سدد 263 مليون دولار على سعر 1500 ليرة للدولار وبالشيكات المصرفية، أي بما يوازي نحو 15% من قيمتها الحقيقية أو أقل.

للأسف، لم تُحمّل حكومة نواف سلام في خطتها أي ضرائب على هذه الأرباح الاستثنائية، كما أن وزير المالية ياسين جابر لم يفرض أي ضريبة على هذه الأرباح غير المشروعة والفاحشة.

نضع هذه المعلومات التي أعلنها النائب جورج عدوان أمام جميع المسؤولين: هل يستطيع أحد محاسبة هؤلاء الحيتان الذين حققوا أرباحاً هائلة على حساب المودعين؟

She feared nothing and no one: neither the Syrians, nor the Israelis, nor the fleeting fashions of politics. With the same constancy as her friend Raymond Eddé, she denounced foreign tutelage, fratricidal division, and the self-forgetting into which her beloved country risked sinking. A voluntary exile in Paris after the 1982 invasion, she never sought rest there: she turned her home into the true headquarters of the Lebanese cause, lobbying tirelessly with international bodies, refusing with sovereign elegance that her Lebanon should become “as incongruous as a Club Med in Bangladesh.”Yet beyond the intrepid political fighter, Alia Riad el-Solh was above all, and more secretly still, the empress of discreet and dignified benevolence. She never displayed her good works; she accomplished them with that innate elegance that was the very signature of her soul. She created, carried, and animated the Riad el-Solh Association, ensuring that the moral and political heritage of her father benefited new generations — those young people who, she would say with a sadness tinged with hope, left at eighteen “a little young for despair.” She believed passionately in coexistence, in freedom, in that Lebanon where one is born with the very idea of fraternity. She wanted the Lebanese to remember their vocation, never to doubt themselves nor their destiny.Those who knew her — and they were countless, of every confession and every generation — retain the memory of a light. لقد أثبت #نواف_سلام أنه ترك عمله في لاهاي كقاضٍ دولي، وجاء إلى لبنان ليتولّى منصب رئاسة الحكومة، لا ليتنزّه؛ فمقرّ محكمة العدل الدولية أرقى من السراي الحكومي، ولا ليمنح نفسه قيمةً مفقودة، إذ كان في موقعٍ عالمي مرموق لا في موقعٍ محلي ضمن دولةٍ تعاني أزمات عميقة.

لقد لمسنا لديه نيّة واضحة لإنقاذ لبنان وبناء دولة لم تكن قائمة فعليًا، ولا تسمح تركيبتها الحالية أصلًا بقيامها في ظل نظامها المركزي الفاشل.
نعم، نعلم أنه يساريّ الفكر، ولهذا التوجّه تبعات عدّة، وقد صدرت عنه قرارات لدينا عليها ملاحظات كثيرة.

لكن على الصعيد العام، أظهر نواف سلام منذ اليوم الأول جرأةً في الكلام الواضح ومواجهة الميليشيات غير الشرعية في لبنان. لم يخف ولم يتردّد، رغم ضخامة الضغوط، خاصة أنه الوحيد بين الرؤساء الثلاثة الذي لمسنا لديه نيّة عملية لنزع السلاح غير الشرعي.

لكن ما الذي واجهه نواف سلام في هذه المهمة؟

1- لا يمكنه أن ينجح وحده، في حين أن كثيرين متواطئون مع حزب الله (وحادثة صخرة الروشة خير دليل).

2- قلّة خبرته في السياسة اللبنانية جعلته يتخبّط في دهاليزها، خاصة في فترته الأولى؛ فالحياة السياسية في لبنان ليست كالمحكمة الدولية التي يحكمها القانون، بل تحكمها شريعة الغاب.

3- كونه آتيًا من خارج الأروقة السياسية، لا يملك أحد عليه ملفات لابتزازه كما هو حال كثير من السياسيين، ما جعله يحارب فعليًا وحده، فيما يكتفي الآخرون بالكلام خوفًا من الفضيحة. وهذا ما يفسّر حملة الثنائي عليه بشكل دائم.

4- كونه جديدًا على الساحة اللبنانية، لم يكن في البداية يميّز بين الصديق والخصم، لكنه بدأ مع الوقت يفرز المواقف، وقراراته دليل على ذلك.

رغم كثرة الصعوبات والتحديات التي واجهها، لم تنجح في إخفاء نيّته بإحداث فرق إيجابي في الدور الذي يقوم به. لكن، ليس كل ما يتمناه المرء يدركه، ولا تجري الرياح دائمًا بما تشتهي السفن.

لذلك، كلّ الدعم له ولكلّ شريفٍ أراد بناء دولةٍ بالقول والفعل. لقد رأينا فيكم أملًا، لكن دوركم، في ظل هذه التركيبة المافياوية الحاكمة والنظام الفاشل، جعل من جهودكم غير مجدية. على أمل أن نرى أمثالكم في لبنانٍ جديد، مختلفٍ عن الحالي.
