@SW_Help I am trying to book a ticket from Clapham Junction to Exeter St Davids. I have an annual gold card, so should be able to use it, according to the area map. Whenever I try, via Axminster/Yeovil, the discount wont apply. National Rail said to ask you. Any idea why please?

@nationalrailenq Are you able to tell me the restrictions please? Those aren't clear on any of the literature to do with gold cards. If you can't, I'll try to talk to SWR, but last time I tried that, they said it was national rails problem, not theirs!

@nationalrailenq I am trying to use my annual gold card to book a ticket to Exeter and no matter who I book with it doesnt offer me the 1/3off. If I use a different railcard the1/3 works. Exeter is Inside the GC area and im travelling off peak. Why can't I book with my 1/3 off?

@nationalrailenq Except it isn't, as whenever I try to buy a ticket, it refuses to allowthe discount even when via Axminster, or Yeovil, as I said, as you instructed. If I use for eg. a veterans card, the discount goes on. Why is that? This is with all train companies, Uber, Trainline, the lot.

@nxcare hi I am trying to check prices from London to Exeter and the price from Victoria is half that of Heathrow, despite the coach starting from Victoria. Why is that? Makes no sense as Victoria is first. Can I buy a ticket from Victoria and get on at Heathrow? Makes no sense.

@nationalrailenq No matter which company I try and book with the discount doesn't apply. I'd be travelling from Reading to Exeter St Davids. Doesn't work if you use either a network Railcard or a gold card, but does if you use a veterans or seniors card. Not sure why as Exeter is in both areas

Hi @LidlGB I purchased some sausages from your Hounslow store on Saturday, just went to use & packaging was bloated, when I pierced it, the sausages are clearly off. They've been refrigerated since I bought them and they're still in date. Anything I can do? Still in date (today)
