That opening scene in Friday the 13th (2009) was absolutely TERRIFYING. The original Jason would slowly walk and stalk his victims, but this Jason? HE FUCKING RUNS AT YOU.

A massive, brutal killing machine sprinting straight toward you is nightmare fuel. I'll never understand the hate this reboot gets. This was genuinely one of the scariest versions of Jason.
