Birmingham's city councils, regional councils, hospital trusts, educational boards, Commonwealth Games boards & more... are all basically white.
bare in mind at least 42% of Birmingham is non-white...

NEDs do not make the day to day decisions in one of most diverse cities in Europe. The white wall of Birmingham does.
@HSJEditor this is an issue which will not go away until we change the leaders at the top. Birmingham has had several opportunities to influence change but senior leaders who cry for change are also prohibiting it

Every opportunity @BWCHBoss has had to recruit a BME senior post to her organisation she hasn't but every opportunity she has had to say we need to do more, she has taken it.
