@realf_inlegacy In Utah, where I live, the real estate values have been skyrocketing. Someone could easily use a 50 yr to get their foot in the door or you could buy multiple houses, rent them out, invest the cash flow, then sell the houses later on. To me, a 15 yr loan is tying up your money.

@realf_inlegacy I saved $5k up and got an interest only loan so I could afford the payments. I knew I was selling it in two years, which is why I gambled with an interest only loan.
