🚨 Location - Konsakhul Village (Naga)
Date - 31st May 2026

🗣️Today, 31 May 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, innocent residents of Konsakhul Naga Village were ambushed by armed cadres of the KNF (P) in collaboration with villagers from Leilon Vaiphei. The attack occurred after the water supply line serving Konsakhul Village was deliberately cut off, causing hardship to the villagers and escalating tensions in the area.

During the ambush, one villager sustained serious injuries. This unprovoked act of violence against innocent civilians is deeply condemnable and has created fear and insecurity among the residents of Konsakhul.

The deliberate disruption of essential water supply and the subsequent armed attack constitute a grave violation of humanitarian principles and threaten peace and stability in the region. The concerned authorities are urged to take immediate and appropriate action to ensure the safety of the villagers, restore essential services and bring those responsible to justice.

Look up *“Kuki Refugee Relief Fund.”* 1957. 1960. 1966. Every time your people fled Burma, every time the Burmese military kicked you out, India opened its wallet and called you what you are: *REFUGEES.*

Not “displaced persons.” Not “migrants.” Refugees. With funds. With camps. With paperwork.

Now, show us one single document, one that calls Zomi refugees. Just one. We’ll wait. You can’t, because no such document exists.

*YOUR OWN LEADERS ADMIT IT*

The Kuki Inpi, your own apex body has publicly acknowledged receiving funds💵 for “Kukis who fled from Burma/Myanmar." Your leaders have begged🫴 the United Nations for refugee status. Your own organizations have filed affidavits calling yourselves “persecuted refugees from the Chin Hills.”

So, when you call us refugees, you are not insulting us. You are describing yourselves. It is the purest projection in the history of ethnic conflict.

*YOU ARE NOT INDIGENOUS TO MANIPUR*
Let’s say the quiet part out loud. The hills of Manipur were never your original homeland. You came in waves during 1860s, 1890s, 1950s, 1960s*, each time running from something. Running from the British. Running from the Burmese. Running from your own inability to hold land.

You are people without a fixed address. You are guests who have overstayed and now demand to own the house. And when we, the Zomi, who have always been here point this out, you scream “refugee” at us?

YOUR “IDENTITY” IS A REFUGEE CAMP CONSTRUCT*
You claim ancient lineage? Name one Kuki ancestor. One. Not a clan name. Not a village headman. A progenitor. A single father whose blood flows through every Kuki vein.

You cannot. Because *“Kuki” is not a bloodline “Kuki” is a colonial garbage bin* where the British threw every wandering hill tribe they couldn’t classify. You are a refugee identity, a name born in displacement, raised in camps, and now pretending to be a nation.

We Zomi have Zo. You have a British census form.

So, here it is. The truth that will never change, no matter how loud you shout:

1. Kukis have government refugee records. Zomi do not.
2. Kukis fled Burma in organized waves. Zomi never left.
3. Kukis cannot name a single ancestor.

You are refugees. You have always been refugees. And your desperate, hateful campaign to label us as refugees is nothing but a confession.

Stop projecting. Stop lying. And, go read your own history if you have one. We are Zomi. We are home. You are Kuki. You arrived yesterday. Now pack your refugee label and wear it with the shame it deserves.
