I don’t know much about the case, but as I said throughout my television interviews, I wouldn’t go to captured courts because it only sanitises a shambolic and flawed election.

I would use the political arena to advance my case as Morgan Tsvangirai did in 2008.

Once a court rules, that is the end of the matter internationally, because it forces global institutions to recognise the election result.

ZANUPF doesn’t care about what we think locally and each time you remind them of what they did, they will tell you that the courts ruled on the matter.

But that is my personal view which is defined by what I know, others might be privy to many other variables that I am not aware of.
