@IRCTCofficial Sanghamitra was late by 3 hours on 15th November from Bangalore. Now train is stoped near Betul last 1 hour…. Other trains are are passing……also no water … toilets are not cleaned… 2AC. @IndianRailMedia @IndianRailUsers
