Nyrah Joseph finishes first in the Massachusetts Multifest Heptathlon. With 120+ competitors she finished first in 3 of the 7 events. A great way to finish a spectacular Senior season.
At the MIAA Meet of Champions on Thursday in Fitchburg, the day before she graduated from BMHS, senior Nyrah Joseph defended her state title in the pentathlon and broke her own meet record with 3378 points!!

After winning the pentathlon and the triple jump on Friday, Nyrah Joseph won her 3rd individual event and set a new personal best, breaking her own school record in the 100m hurdles, running 14.68!!
Nyrah Joseph ran a personal best of 14.99 in the 100 meter hurdles in the prelims at the New England Championship today at UNH, which advanced her to the final.
She then ran another personal best, placing 4th overall and setting a new school record of 14.81!
After winning the pentathlon on Thursday, Nyrah Joseph placed 6th in the state in the 100 hurdles with a season best time of 15.21! She also tied for 20th in the high jump (5-2).
Phenomenal season for Nyrah!
