@AACenter Hello! I am visiting the AAC on Saturday for Bring me the horizon. We have floor GA tickets for the Nex Gen experience- what entrance do we use please? The tickets don’t state it

Thank you!

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

I’m really disappointed in the fact that there’s even a VIP package. Especially when it’s nearly 3 times the price as GA. I know it’s probably not a band decision, it’ll be ticketmaster and the promoters but come on😭 @bmthofficial what are you doing to us 💔

[Liam Gallagher @liamgallagher]

@OasisMania @NoelGallagher @bmthofficial I fucking LOVE it

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@British_Airways I find that reply highly unacceptable. I’m not “rest assured” though am I. I’ve not had my bag for 3 days and you guys aren’t going to do anything to help!!

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@British_Airways day 3 with no luggage. How have I had 0 update on where my case is! I can see my case has traveled from Heathrow to some warehouse in Manchester.

This was my first, and will be my last time using BA. No consideration for your customers. 😡

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@BBCWatchdog I will go and collect my case from this random warehouse in Manchester if it means I get my every day essentials back!!!!! But I have no way to contact anyone nor am I getting any updates even though I told I would!!
I’m not happy.

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

From reading other people’s complaints, how do you not think to try and improve your services?? I have never seen so many people complain of having their luggage delayed at any one time.
Way to ruin peoples holidays BA 👍
@BBCWatchdog where are you guys at!

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@British_Airways @lyl16180208 What is classed as ‘essential’ items? I’m also in the same situation.

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@British_Airways now the website is down 😑🙃 (3)

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

@British_Airways my case is still delayed from the BA1398 flight last night. I have watched my case go from all over T5A to now T5C. There’s been 7 flights since my flight and it’s still not managed to get on one. What’s going on?? 😡😡 (1)

[Nat Chan 🐝 @chanNatxo]

I have filled out the delayed luggage report with my token and pin but did not receive any emails or SMS. The link also does not work to check the status. How did 1 case arrive in Manchester, but my other one not? Not happy about this as it has all my essentials in 😡😡 (2)
