Help me understand this:

“Physical supply depletion is objective. Unlike price or hype, inventory and weekly velocity are measurable facts. A card selling 13 copies per week from 37 in stock will run out. That's not speculation.”

You’re taking current inventory into consideration, but omitting recurring supply? Shouldn’t there be some measurement of new weekly listings? Say if there are 13 new listings per week, but 13 weekly sales, the current inventory would remain level and not run out?
