@WorkWombatman how do I report a problem via Xbox reporter problem if when clicking that button it says that the app used for the service is no longer available and that I must install the Xbox inside of however I have the insider hub bundle installed

The report a problem button that comes up when you hold the Xbox button does not work it says that the app is no longer supported
However this is not my report I was wanting to report that night mode does not work in settings
