The miseries of the residents of #AnsalEsencia67 do not seem to be ending anytime soon with no support from the local authorities and the state govt. #MightyDevelopers continue to exploit.
Residents of #AnsalEsencia have raised serious concerns over the proposed use of Esencia's common roads, land, infrastructure and access for activities connected with @M3MIndiaPvtLtd adjoining projects.

Position of the residents is simple:

🔴 No unauthorized use of Esencia's common assets.
🔴 No construction traffic, excavation or access affecting our roads and infrastructure without due authorization.
🔴 No commitments or permissions made on behalf of residents without proper authority and transparency.
🔴 No compromise on the collective rights and interests of Esencia residents.

Residents have formally placed these concerns before #M3M Management. Memorandum was handed over to #M3M yesterday.
This is not about opposing development. It is about ensuring that development does not come at the cost of an existing residential community and its residents.
Residents remain united, informed and vigilant for their Society, Common Assets & their Rights.
