Also worth reflecting on is The Aragon's south side twin. The Trianon. Built in a French Renaissance style. Demolished in the 1960's for housing, the lot is vacant today. Woodlawn, like Uptown, was one of Chicagos Jazz-Age 'bright lights district'. A real entertainment district.
