Trying his best to do what? Because what you believe he is trying his best to accomplish and what I believe he is trying to accomplish are two very different things. I think he is trying to get richer, make his kids and loyal friends more wealthy, and to attempt to secure a strong-man legacy by strong arming everything, such as adding his name to the Kennedy center and tearing down the East Wing without going through the proper channels.
