The fat box in my area has 10 connections but wires are 14

Your engineers take out one and insert other every time. All connection holders are facing issue.

This is going on since February this year, yet there is no resolution

Ab to baarish band huye bhi 1 ghanta ho gaya, par light abhi tak aayi nahi hai

In past 2 months, I am experiencing regular disruptions in my Wi‑Fi

Whenever service engineer visits, they provide temporary fixes & issue reappears within few days.

This recurring problem has become extremely frustrating.

Complaint lodged on 17th feb, engineer visit was scheduled on 18th, then rescheduled for 19th and now again rescheduled for 20th ...

I am fed up now and lodging the wifi disconnection request

What is the process to close the Wifi connection as there is no tab in Airtel one app to do that .

Its hard for me as i am using airtel broadband since 2009. But now your customer support is degraded badly especially in chhattarpur area, Delhi

I had been using airtel broadband service since 2009 but you guys are failing me now

From past 2 months, wifi gets discontinued very frequently, even now my wifi is not connected

Helpline number chalta nahi or WhatsApp complaint ka koi fayda nahi hota
