Booked a train ticket via IRCTC for ₹321 (Kanpur → Delhi).

Ticket remained Waitlisted (WL 10) and got auto-cancelled.

Facts: • Ticket fare: ₹290
• IRCTC charges deducted
• Refund received: ₹250
• ₹60 deducted without any service

My questions: • Why is IRCTC charging fees when the ticket is not confirmed?

What exact rule allows deduction of ₹60 for a cancelled waitlisted ticket?

• How is this fair to passengers?
Passengers deserve transparent rules and full refunds when no service is provided.

निशिकांत जी तुम्हारे साहब नें EWS खैरात में नहीं दिया था ज़ब तीन राज्यों का चुनाव हारे थे सुप्रीम कोर्ट नें फैसला पलटा था तब तुमने EWS दिया ताकि सवर्ण ख़ुश हो जाये और सुनो सवर्णों को आरक्षण की जरुरत नहीं है अपने मालिक से कहो बत्ती बना ले उसकी और उसे वापस ले ले
खुद के बेटे को विदेश में शिक्षा ग्रहण कराने वाले निशिकांत तुम शायद जानते नहीं की SC ST के 95% केस फर्जी पाए जाते है जिसमे सवर्ण पिसता है और अब UGC का क़ानून अपने मालिक से बोलो सवर्णों को सीधा सीधा जहर देके ख़त्म ही कर दें इतनी काहे नफरत करते है

Supreme Court continues to grant exemption to Muslim and Christian run schools - but not Hindu run schools - from the provisions of RTE Act that mandate reserving 25% seats for the poor, forcing thousands of Hindu run schools to shut down.

It is the Hindus who should be enraged.
