@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw you guys need to change the rule of tatkal refund , firstly there's rare chance once get tatkal and even 2 people getting tatkal confirmed to mitigate risk , tatkal cancelled ticket don't get refund. Just ways of Loot like Britishers
