My father ZILE SINGH retired lect. HIN(G.G.S.S.S,SIWAN, Ktl ) had ER. surgery in AUG. 2022 fortis Mohali & reimb. bill submitted to DDO Rs 333678 in time till date no reimb. many visits to DGHO, FORTIS MOHALI, D.E.O KTL&B.E.O SIWAN, but no reimb. by deptt. @dckaithal @cmohry
