Today visited a bedridden patient who suffered a stroke and provided essential home-based care. Checked BP and blood sugar, offered health education, and guided the family on mobility exercises to support recovery.

Today, we coordinated with the Gram Panchayat and actively took part in the Anganwadi program, where we engaged with the community and shared essential health education. We discussed the importance of good nutrition, safe food practices, proper sanitization, regular handwashing.

The patient is a chronic bed-ridden with bed sores and swelling of the feet. Wound dressing was performed, blood pressure and blood sugar were checked, and necessary medications were provided.
