@RailMinIndia @SCRailwayIndia I’m travelling along with 70 yr elder in train 17063 NSL to SCB A1 coach. My tickets were CNF with RAC last status was RAC 1 to 4 In the same coach seat 1 is vacant and TC has occupied it without allotting to passenger n when asked he doesn’t bother

@Crompton_India I raised a ticket for boaster pump issue six days ago but your service agent is so pathetic. He once came couldn’t fix it but wanted to close it and asked for code. I denied and from them he never came back nor answering my calls.
