अगर राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति इतनी सफलतापूर्वक लागू हो रही है, तो फिर बार-बार पेपर लीक क्यों हो रहे हैं? भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताएँ क्यों हैं? लाखों युवा वर्षों तक परिणाम और नियुक्ति का इंतज़ार क्यों कर रहे हैं? सरकारी स्कूलों और उच्च शिक्षा की चुनौतियाँ आज भी जस की तस क्यों हैं?
