@Olacabs I booked a cab yesterday with CRN 6279375238. The driver arrived and after putting in the OTP realised that the destination was far and thus, cancelled the ride while I was in the cab. I called up your sos as calls to your customer care kept on getting disconnected 1/3

Due to this unprofessional behaviour of your cab driver, not only I end up paying money when I did not even took the ride, I got delayed in my meetings. Now can you at least have the courtesy to refund my money. Lastly, please get a decent app. At the moment your app sucks 3/3

The person on the sos suggested that I deboard the cab and make a complain through the app. While I have been trying to file a complain through the app, the problem is your app sucks. Calls to customer care keep on getting disconnected and the resolution on the app is useless 2/3
