Tech who visited couple of weeks called JBL expert team infront of me and said sub woofer got jarring sound and voice gets mixed in the subwoofer #EXPOSED

@KentROSystems Terrible after sales service. KUHL fan is terrible. Service rep told pcb and motor has to be replaced before 3 weeks within month of purchase. Yesterday service #260612-08678 has been closed without any resolution. Area manager not responding to calls #SCAM #FRAUD
