I think it’s weird optically that just 2 years ago two world number 1 players actually tested positive for banned substances and combined their suspensions didn’t even touch 6 months. Yet you have someone who didn’t take a test essentially receive a career ending suspension
The four-year ban for Vondrousova is so far too severe. Has never failed a test, was diligent with her whereabouts, and her only omission was refusing a test outside of her whereabouts times. Four-years… that’s crazy. Where’s the common sense gone?
Andy Roddick on @Served_Podcast spoke on the Marketa situation a couple of months ago:
"If someone wouldve showed up at my house and my hour is 5-6... and they show up at 1 in the afternoon, I would say get lost....
If it's not during the hour that she'd given, then they're wrong.
