Spending the day at #NHSConfedExpo - lots of discussions about using data and AI in healthcare - both for efficient processes and safer clinical care - the next 10 years will be very interesting as we help patients navigate new services and pathways

⭐️never assume they know what you know
⭐️make space for them to clarify their understanding
⭐️know why this particular stakeholder is valuable to ur change project
⭐️know exactly what you need them 2agree to
⭐️1st be open 2their ideas & suggestions

Been thinking for a while how insights we’ve gained from leading Ward Accreditation programmes could help improve #CQC approach to inspections
V glad @wesstreeting reviewing thoroughly -it’s critical that inspections effectively monitor quality&safety if we want NHS to get better
