Gattouz exposes the dirty secret about mainstream male adult stars on Pillow Talk:

"Why do so many female creators complain that male performers can't perform on set?!"

"Because people don't realize what actually happens behind the scenes, ninety-nine percent of men working in mainstream production inject directly into their private parts!"

"WAIT... 99% OF MALE ADULT STARS ARE INJECTING THEMSELVES?!"

"YES! Almost every single one of them does it because they are terrified of failing on camera! And they will NEVER admit this truth to the public!"

"AND WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THEY START INJECTING?!"

"Once you start using those injections, your natural biology is completely ruined! Your natural mind-body connection stops working, and you can never stop injecting!"

"WHAT HAPPENS TO THEIR MARRIAGES AT HOME?!"

"These guys go home to their real-life wives, and when their wife wants spontaneous intimacy, they have to say: 'Give me two minutes, honey,' run into the bathroom, and inject themselves just to function! They can't even be normal men anymore!"

"SO WHY DO YOU REFUSE TO FILM MAINSTREAM PRODUCTION?!"

"Because it's all fake! If you need to inject drugs, drink, smoke, and force a camera scene with someone you have zero chemistry with, you're not an alpha, you’re destroying your mental health for a paycheck!"

Lemon, Orange, and Citric Acid
The Clinical Fact: Lemons and citrus fruits are genuinely beneficial for preventing certain types of kidney stones. This is because they contain citrate, which binds to calcium in the urine & inhibits crystal growth. However, they cannot dissolve stones that have already formed inside the kidney.

° Water & Hydration
The Clinical Fact: This is medically true and the single most effective intervention. Adequate hydration increases urine volume, which dilutes the concentration of stone-forming minerals & helps flush out tiny, newly formed micro-crystals (known as "renal sand") before they aggregate into larger, painful stones.

° Cucumber and Watermelon
The Clinical Fact: Foods with high water content act as mild natural diuretics, encouraging increased urination. While this supports general kidney flushing & hydration, they do not have special chemical properties that actively fragment existing mineral stones.

° Olive Oil and "Kidney Flushes"
The Clinical Fact: Popular wellness "flushes" claim to pass stones rapidly. In reality, medical science shows that these concoctions do not dissolve or safely pass large kidney stones.

Drinking large amounts of oil can cause gastrointestinal distress, & passing a large stone without medical oversight can cause dangerous ureteral obstruction or severe infection.

Alexis Texas and Nicki Benz say the adult film industry was WAY MORE FUN before OnlyFans changed the game, and they miss how things were back in 2014–2015.

According to them, shoots back then usually had just 5–10 people on set, making the whole experience feel more personal.
Everyone knew each other, the atmosphere was more intimate, and it felt less like a business and more like a family.

But here’s the funny part: Alexis says that when she was still relatively new to the industry, the older performers would constantly tell her how much easier she had it compared to their generation.

“The industry was simpler, way more fun, it was more intimate.”

“today’s industry doesn’t hits the same as it used to”
