@Uber_Support i'd like to discuss a refund for charges that were fraudulent as a result of my account being compromised. it seems like you guys are ignoring all messages regarding that along with my messages in the app regarding that and my account login status
The fact that Uber has been a company for more than 15yrs and you’re stuck with AI ass responses on the app, have to bash them for a response/attention on social media & can’t reach them by phone is ridiculous.
@Uber_Support Someone is still trying to gain access to my fucking account. And yall really are doing nothing. I haven’t received a response in over 45 minutes
Uber must know something is going on with them and peoples accounts because they’re taking forever to reply when in the past they’ve taken just a few mins.
@Uber_Support I’ve sent a few DMs. I would appreciate a reply even if it’s a simple “we’re taking a look” to know my messages have been received and this is being taken seriously
