This call from an unknown number had a recorded audio saying the SIM will be blocked in 2 hrs. And instructed user to press 9 to proceed. I have recorded the call for proof. Call ended after no response. Pls take action. Thanks

When customer wants new connection, you are willing to deliver it to their place but if existing SIM stops working suddenly, customer must visit the airtel store with all the documents during working hours? How do you address #Emergency like this?
