@ParkinCassandra I agree that optimism is a great value. There are times when it can be hard to handle situations positively, but I found that the best results come out of situations when they are handled with a positive mindset. the quote "its better to be kind then be right" reminds me of this.

@lauraopachinski Laura, I think this point about always wanting to grow is so important. There is always a lesson to be learned. I always try to see the negative aspects in life as positive situations since I can learn something from it and teach others from my experiences along the way #LIDCS18

My top three values that I identified in the week 6 mission statement assignment are responsibility, teamwork and motivation. responsibility shows others you are trustworthy, reliable and accountable. Being able to work with a team is important for collaboration and conflict -
