It's my clear intention to have fun and see to it, have some more people change, hold on tight. Life doesn't have to be a treadmill.

Throw in the towel, have fun in the arena, and hold on tight. And go for it with all you have.

It's gonna be a hard day today but if my intention, and attention, is on the funny and loving things they will happen...

I'll have fun today and see who else will go along. I don't have to add to the misery in the world.

I will take a walk. It's been raining, fresh clear cold air right now, that'll help dissolve the negativity.

Resentments this morning. Old stuff, projected into today. It affects people who were not even around when the sh** happened.

The ego is fearful, wants control and keeps us at a very low level, living half steam. Not a good way to connect with the world.

Doing what I ought to do but don't want to is breaking up the ego. And that is important. It shows results.

Getting up early is a spiritual practice. As with many things one doesn't like do to. But once done, it's great.

But moving is good for inspiration, not much spirit in a body sitting still all day. Not saying there ain't any, but.. better move a little.

I ran five miles, swam one and jumped rope for 30 minutes. I'm lying :)

Taking a deep breath to start the day. Several, in fact.

Good morning. Say hello to everyone, even if they don't answer. Most of them will, in the end. Makes for a better world. And more fun.

Change a few habits, and the mind will follow. Not the other way around.

Rethinking my behavior during the whole day. Outside circumstances will never change because I want them to. But I can change me.

What I do in the first hour of the morning has an effect on the whole day.

Early morning meditation. Get up a little earlier and start the day in a better way. Works.
