If the spring has any weight to it. than the center of mass of that system is slightly higher than the string only ball. Which means the spring-ball system having a higher center of gravity will hit 2nd, given enough time to fall

@Uber commited fraud on me today.Booked a ride, as i've done many times. But before the driver arrived, the app claimed i was picked up, he wasn't even close. So the driver started driving to my destination without me. I canceled and they charged, despite not being in the vehicle
