@EdTechYogi @mariekeguy @moodle @Oelmann_Richard We did already check the code; the alt tags for each image seem to be in the theme as "P1" for first slide image, "P2" for second etc. The trouble is, we can't find anywhere to change this without having to amend it in the code every time we change the images.
