Billions are about to get spent on AI data centers, and people aren't thinking through what that money does. Every material those buildouts need gets bid up because they'll print whatever it takes to buy it. And guess what sits inside every data center, every power line, every piece of that buildout. Copper. You already know how I feel about that one. The flood of money doesn't stay contained. It leaks into everything, and your dollar pays the bill.

I always see the state of the American eccomony in grass fed ground beef. In 2019 it ran me 5.99 a pound. The latest USDA report has it averaging 13.63. That's a 128% markup on the same exact product. Meanwhile official CPI says total inflation since 2019 is about 28%. So who do you believe, the spreadsheet or your grocery receipt? I did the math on this. To outpace the price of grass fed beef you needed 12.5% a year, every year, compounding. That's the real hurdle. The bank offering you 3% on savings isn't a favor. Anything under that number and you're quietly losing.

Now stack job losses on top. Costs double, jobs shrink 10 to 20%, and something has to give. When people can't find work, they stop trying to earn money and start trying to make money on the money they already have. Severance checks, unemployment, whatever's left in the account. They want the fast money, the 100x, and that hunt leads them straight into crypto. Right here on @Solana, maybe through Robinhood. That's the fuel I've been pointing at for this takeoff. On Bitcoin, the zone to watch runs from 87K to 97K. The move that matters is a break over 97K that holds. That's the confirmation.

Which brings me to the part I really want to land. I know some of you are tired of hearing patience. But I'd take our 2024 over anybody's, and all we did was sit in position until the moves came. Then we hit 100x to 1000x returns. The wild weeks are a small fraction of the year. The waiting is the work, because you stay there a long time before the payoff shows up. I'm not worried for a second. We're right on pace.
